About Me
I first picked up a hammer when I was 10 years old, when I helped my father build our family home from the ground up. My passion for building was ignited, inspiring me to build my own family home 15 years later. I’ve found there are few things in life as satisfying as completing a building project. I’m excited to be able to share that experience with others.
Professionally, I worked as a mechanical and design engineer for 25 years. I spent another 10 years as a Quality Engineer and Reliability Engineer. After a few years of freelance engineering, I decided to get out from behind a desk and work with my hands. Since then, I have transitioned back into the world of home improvement.
Over the past few years, I have worked on many home projects for clients. It would be difficult for me to think of a building project I haven’t tackled. But, what I find really exciting is when a homeowner wants to learn to do a task themselves. I have always loved to guide and teach, and helping someone to develop a new skill is truly satisfying. I can’t wait to help guide you through your next building project.
